Pasadena is an unincorporated CDP in Anne Arundel County, MD, so Maryland state juvenile-curfew law (Md. Code Local Gov't § 11-303 et seq.) and Anne Arundel County's general penal provisions control. Anne Arundel County has not adopted a county-wide juvenile curfew ordinance under Title 11, Subtitle 3 of the Local Government Article. Where curfews are in effect (Annapolis and certain incorporated cities), juveniles under 17 are generally restricted from public places from 11:00 PM–5:00 AM Sunday–Thursday and 11:59 PM–5:00 AM Friday/Saturday.
