Boulder City FAQ
North Las Vegas FAQ
Can I put a 6-foot fence all the way to the sidewalk?
Not in the front yard. Beyond the front setback line, you are limited to 3.5 feet. Taller 6-foot fences must sit behind your home front building line.
My fence sits on a utility easement. Is that legal?
Yes, but conditional. Fences in easements are allowed, however the utility (NV Energy, Southwest Gas, Republic Services) can remove your fence to access their lines, and you bear all replacement cost.
