For unincorporated DuPage, file a zoning complaint with the DuPage County Building & Zoning Department through the Accela Citizen Access portal at aca-prod.accela.com/DUPAGE, or call (630) 407-6700. For incorporated areas, contact the municipality's code enforcement office.
