What does it cost to register an Oahu STR if my property is eligible?

Under Bill 62 (2025), new initial registrations are $1,000 and renewals with continuing ownership and operators are $500. A change in owner or operator triggers a new $1,000 initial registration. The Land Use Permits Division charges $300 for a separate written zoning verification request.
