Can I fly my drone at Bayfront Park or Brickell Bay?

No. Bayfront Park prohibits drones under city park rules, and the entire area falls within KMIA Class B airspace requiring LAANC authorization. Maurice A. Ferré Park has the same prohibition.

Can I fly at Miami Beach?

Miami Beach is a separate city — Miami Beach City Code §70-69 and §82-371 prohibit drone takeoff and landing on city beaches and parks. Both Miami and Miami Beach require permits, and the entire area is Class B controlled.

Where can I legally fly in the Miami area?

Outside Class B airspace (well west of the urban core), private property with owner permission, or AMA-sanctioned model fields. Always use LAANC and B4UFLY before takeoff.
