Snow & Sidewalk Clearing: Jurupa Valley vs Moreno Valley

Unincorporated Riverside County has no ordinance requiring property owners to clear snow from sidewalks. Moreno Valley does not have a snow removal ordinance because measurable snowfall is rare in the Inland Empire; property owners are responsible for general sidewalk maintenance but no snow clearance timeline exists.
