What about a broken TV?

TVs and other e-waste qualify for one of your 3 free e-waste pickups per year through WM. They cannot go in any curbside cart.

Where do tires and paint go?

Tires, paint, batteries, and other household hazardous waste must be taken to a Riverside County Department of Waste Resources HHW collection event — see rcwaste.org.

Will the City pick up my old refrigerator or e-waste?

Refrigerators and freezers are accepted only after a certified technician evacuates the refrigerant. E-waste (TVs, monitors, computers) is NOT collected at curbside; bring it to a Clean Up Riverside event or the Agua Mansa Transfer Station.

What if I've already used my two free pickups this year?

Use the free third-Saturday drop-off at the Agua Mansa Transfer Station with proof of residency, or wait until January when the two-appointment allotment resets.
