Daytime live music is allowed if it does not exceed ambient by more than 5 dB at any neighbor's property line and does not constitute a 'disturbing, excessive or offensive' noise under §4-1-1110. After 10:00 p.m. amplified sound that disturbs neighbors is prohibited. For ticketed or large events, apply for a Noise Exception Permit under §4-1-1125.

Are amplified speakers in San Leandro parks allowed?
