Unincorporated Mono County prohibits camping in any County Park under Code Chapter 7.28. Section 7.28.020(A) bars camping - defined as occupying a spot with a tent, vehicle, or trailer between sunset and sunrise (7.28.010(A)) - in any County Park, community center, or recreation facility and its parking lots, except for emergencies or by Board designation. Violations are infractions.
