Warren County's Rural Zoning Resolution (Article II, Chapter 3) regulates accessory structures in unincorporated areas. Sheds 200 square feet or smaller require only a Zoning Permit from the County Building & Zoning Department; sheds 201 sq ft or larger need both a Building Permit and a Zoning Permit. Setback distances vary by zoning district. Inside a municipality (Lebanon, Mason, Springboro, etc.), the city's own zoning code controls.
