Agricultural and rural-residential (R-A) parcels have additional separation rules, such as a 40-foot minimum distance between a dwelling and livestock structures. Confirm any specialized fencing requirement with the Tulare County RMA before building.
Failing to install a required screening fence around a commercial parking lot, or an adequate pool barrier, violates the Zoning Ordinance or adopted Building Code and is enforced by Tulare County RMA Code Compliance, which can require installation of the missing or noncompliant barrier.
