Unsold items cannot be left at the curb or in front yards between sale days or after the sale concludes. Signs must be removed within 24 hours of sale ending. Rochester Neighborhood Empowerment Team (NET) inspectors cite repeat visible clutter. Monroe County towns apply similar property maintenance standards through town code enforcement officers.
