Snellville Sign Ordinance (Chapter 78) restricts temporary signs to the property hosting the event. Off-premise directional signs in public right-of-way (medians, roadside, utility poles) are PROHIBITED and removed without notice. Max 1-2 signs per property, typically 6 sq ft each, no taller than 4 ft. Must be removed within 24-48 hours after sale ends. Posting on utility poles also violates Georgia Power rules and O.C.G.A. §32-6-51 (ROW encroachment).
