Structural fumigation (termite tenting) must be performed by Branch 1 operators licensed by the CA Structural Pest Control Board; 48-hour notice to neighbors within a specified radius is required. Rodenticides of second-generation anticoagulants (SGARs) are restricted statewide under AB 1788. Bed bug treatment disclosure is required in rental units per Civil Code 1954.603.
