RV & Boat Parking
Clermont applies Florida's standard residential RV/boat rule — major recreational equipment may be stored in a side or rear yard but not in a required front yard. Up to 24 hours of front-yard parking is allowed for active loading/unloading. RVs cannot be used as residences. Florida CS/HB 1203 (effective July 1, 2024) overrides HOA bans but not municipal land-development rules.
