City of Saginaw Code Section 110.29 regulates peddlers and hawkers. A licensed permit from the City is required to lawfully peddle, hawk, or solicit door-to-door. Solicitors may not operate on public sidewalks, streets, parks, parking ramps/lots, or in public buildings without approval from the Director of Public Services. Note: Saginaw Charter Township (separate jurisdiction) requires a $50 permit under Chapter 46.
