Are menthol cigarettes still sold anywhere in Boston?

No. The 2019 Massachusetts flavor ban includes menthol, and BPHC actively inspects retailers for compliance. Selling menthol cigarettes is prohibited statewide and cannot be reauthorized by local rule.

Can a smoking bar serve flavored hookah?

Existing licensed smoking bars established before the law took effect may permit on-premises flavored tobacco use, but cannot sell flavored products for off-premises consumption or extend the license to new owners.
