Longmont FAQ

Do I need a license to rent my Longmont home on Airbnb or VRBO?

Yes. Apply through the Accela Citizen Access (ACA) portal or in person at the Development Services Center, 385 Kimbark Street. Operating without these licenses can trigger fines of up to $500 per day.
