Teton County Wyoming bans virtually all consumer fireworks countywide under Board of County Commissioners Resolution 13-027, adopted pursuant to W.S. 35-10-202. Sparklers are the sole exception. Fireworks are also prohibited inside the Town of Jackson, on Bridger-Teton National Forest land, in Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, and on the National Elk Refuge. Public displays require a special-event permit issued at least 45 days in advance by Jackson Hole Fire/EMS.
