Codified Ordinance Chapter 941 (Parks and Recreation Rules) establishes park hours as 6 AM to 11 PM daily unless extended for specific permitted events. This applies to all Westerville Parks and Recreation facilities including Alum Creek Park North and South, Hoff Woods Park, Heritage Park, Huber Village Park, and connecting trails. After-hours use requires a special event permit issued by the Parks Department. Westerville Division of Police patrols parks and issues citations.
