Oklahoma Department of Human Services Child Care Services licenses home-based daycares under Title 10 §402 and Oklahoma Administrative Code 340:110. Vehicles used for transport require commercial insurance. Liability insurance strongly recommended ($300,000 minimum, $1M preferred). Tulsa County Zoning Title 42 §90.080 allows family daycare as a home occupation by right; large family daycare may require conditional use permit depending on district. Tulsa city ordinance Title 51 §90.050 has similar framework.
