Certain occupations otherwise prohibited under 22.140.290.D — digital photography labs, picture framing (finished assembly only), and seamstresses/tailors (max 4 non-commercial sewing machines) — are conditionally allowed in Altadena.
Operating outside these limits is a zoning violation. The County can issue cease-and-desist orders and administrative fines under Ch. 1.25.
