No outside employees, no stock-in-trade sold on premises, no alteration of residential character. Signage prohibited. Vehicle traffic limited to 2 customer visits per hour. Commercial vehicles over 1 ton prohibited. BTR issued by Hillsborough County Tax Collector (50-75 annually based on activity).
Operating without BTR: 250 citation per day. Zoning violations: code enforcement action through Special Magistrate, daily fines up to 1,000.
