Winter Park Land Development Code Section 58 permits home occupations in residential districts provided the activity is clearly subordinate to the residential use. Operators must obtain a Business Tax Receipt from the city and comply with Orange County tax requirements. No external alteration of the dwelling, no outdoor storage of materials, no non-resident employees, and no more than occasional client visits are permitted. The business must occupy no more than 25 percent of floor area.
