No mechanical or electrical equipment beyond what is customarily incidental to domestic use. No exterior display or storage of materials, and no offensive noise, vibration, smoke, dust, odor, heat, or glare.
Operating without a home occupation permit carries fines of $100β$500. Businesses exceeding permit conditions receive warnings followed by permit revocation and fines of $200β$1,000 per day.
