There is no separate 'outdoor music' section; it is governed by the sound-reproduction and loudspeaker rules. Section 6.2.1 prohibits operating any radio, television, phonograph, or similar device 'in such a manner as to create a noise disturbance for any person other than the operator.' Section 6.2.2 adds a 10:00 pm-8:00 am ban on loudspeakers and PA systems that disturb across a residential line. Backyard bands, DJs, and outdoor speakers must stay within Table I decibel limits. Municipally sponsored events are exempt (§ 7.2).
