Section 10-9.2's street table applies to "All County and municipal streets," both sides, for the hours of 12:00 midnight to 6:00 a.m., with no street-by-street exceptions listed. The ordinance text specifically names three vehicle types the ban reaches beyond a plain camper or trailer: camper trailers, landscaping equipment trailers, and boat trailers, closing off the argument that a boat-hauling trailer somehow falls outside "camper or trailer." The section was adopted by Ordinance No. 80-2 in January 1980 and amended by Ordinance No. 2015-7 in April 2015, so the current midnight-to-6:00 a.m. window and the boat-trailer and landscaping-trailer language reflect the 2015 update rather than the original 1980 text.

Because the prohibition is written as "upon any street," it governs on-street parking only; it does not by its terms reach a vehicle parked in a resident's own driveway or on other private property, though a separate zoning provision could still limit accessory storage there. The restriction runs alongside, but is distinct from, § 10-9.1's five-ton truck ban and § 10-9.4's truck routes, both of which target commercial trucks rather than recreational trailers and boats.
