This applies to residential property in the unincorporated county. Exceeding these limits converts the activity into an unpermitted commercial use subject to Code Enforcement.
Running sales more often or longer than allowed is a Land Development Code violation; Code Enforcement can cite the property and the Special Magistrate may impose fines.
