Oklahoma County has no unified STR parking regulation. Edmond (Code §22.7) requires a parking plan with the STR license application. Midwest City and Del City restrict STR guest parking to driveways and approved off-street areas. HOAs across suburban OKC frequently impose stricter guest parking caps. Hosts must disclose parking arrangements in listings per OKC §59-12250.
