The Union City Parking Authority (UCPA), located at 506-518 38th Street, operates the Residential Permit Parking Program (RPP). All on-street parking between 9:30 PM and 8:00 AM requires a valid permit. Residents receive permits; visitors may use resident-provided visitor hangtags (2 free per household; additional hangtags $50β$100). Daily visitor hangtag permits are available for $1/day or $25/30-day book. STR guests must use visitor hangtags or paid lots. Residents 62 and older receive complimentary permits.
