Investor-owned, non-owner-occupied listings are typically prohibited or capped. Westchester County itself imposes no such rule, but local zoning codes often borrow language from the NYC Local Law 18 framework, adapted for suburban single-family neighborhoods. Hosts who own multiple Westchester homes can usually only register one for STR use.
