Kansas Flavored Tobacco Sales Status and Local Authority

Kansas law under K.S.A. 79-3321 sets minimum age and licensing rules for tobacco and vapor products but does not prohibit flavored products such as menthol cigarettes, flavored cigars, or flavored e-liquids. Federal regulations administered by the FDA still apply to flavored cartridge-based e-cigarettes.
