How many parking spaces does my Neenah STR need?

Section 26-661(1) of the Neenah Municipal Code requires at least two designated off-street parking spots on every tourist housing property for guests. The Department of Community Development reviews parking adequacy as part of the Section 26-662 permit application and may revoke the permit under Section 26-663(1) if the spots are not maintained.

Can my Neenah STR guests park on the street overnight?

On residential streets only with the alternate-side rule. From midnight to 5:00 a.m. guests must park on the even house-numbered side of the street on even calendar dates and on the odd-numbered side on odd dates. Overnight on-street parking is banned at all times downtown, in industrial parks and in other business districts. Can my Oshkosh short-term rental guests park on the street overnight?
