Neenah, WI Short-Term Rentals: Short-Term Rental Parking Rules (2026)

Tourist housing in Neenah is governed by Chapter 26 Article XV of the Neenah Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 2017-09). Section 26-661(1) requires at least two designated off-street parking spots on the tourist housing property for guests as a condition of the tourist housing permit. The Department of Community Development reviews parking adequacy when issuing the permit under Section 26-662 and may revoke the permit under Section 26-663(1) for non-compliance. Citywide overnight parking rules administered by the Neenah Parking Utility apply equally to tourist housing guests.
