Full Breakdown
Neenah Municipal Code § 26-550(1) governs where recreational vehicles, including boats, jet skis, snowmobiles, and trailers under the Sec. 26-3 definition, may sit on R-1 and R-2 lots. Only one RV may join up to three vehicles parked in the required front yard, on a graveled or paved driveway; a single large RV (over 7 feet tall, 20 feet long, or 10 feet wide) may use the front setback only between April 15 and November 15. Side and rear yards allow up to three RVs, one of them large, kept at least three feet off every property line and on a graveled or paved surface.
Violations & Fines
Parking an unlicensed or inoperable vehicle outdoors, exceeding the front- or side-yard RV counts, or leaving a large RV in the front setback outside April 15–November 15 violates § 26-550.
