Can North Las Vegas STR guests park on the street?
Only after all on-site driveway and garage parking is used. Guests must not block driveways, sidewalks, hydrants, or park in HOA guest stalls in violation of community rules.
Can I list a property with only on-street parking as an STR?
North Las Vegas expects adequate on-site parking under Ordinance 3127. Properties without any off-street spots will have difficulty satisfying Conditional Use Permit parking standards.

How many parking spaces does my Clark County STR need?
At least one off-street space per bedroom, all on an approved driveway, garage, or paved parking pad. A 4-bedroom STR needs 4 off-street spaces. Street parking does not count toward the minimum.
Can my guests park an RV in the driveway?
Generally no. Clark County Title 30 restricts RV, boat, and trailer parking on residential property, especially by non-residents. The 2024 STR ordinance explicitly prohibits guest RV parking at STRs unless fully enclosed in a garage.
