The property listing and guest-facing posted information must clearly state the parking plan including the maximum vehicle count and the prohibition on street or lawn parking. Parking complaints are a top reason for STR license revocation under the three-strikes provision. Master-planned communities across Summerlin South, Mountains Edge, and Southern Highlands frequently add HOA-specific STR parking restrictions.
