Can I park my RV in my front yard in North Port?

Yes, but it must rest completely on an improved surface (driveway, pavers, concrete, etc.) per Sec. 59-16(c)(4), and you must comply with the combined-vehicle cap for your lot size.

Can I live in my RV on my own North Port property?

Only for 30 consecutive days. Sec. 59-16(h) prohibits using a parked vehicle as living quarters for more than 30 consecutive days.
