Residential zoning districts allow incidental storage of one operable RV or boat trailer behind the front building line, generally in a side or rear yard, screened or behind a fence, and not used as a dwelling. Living in an RV in a residential district is prohibited outside of a permitted RV park. On public streets, parking of RVs, trailers and boats is limited to short loading/unloading periods (commonly 24 hours) under Ch. 70 unless otherwise posted; longer storage is treated as an abandoned-vehicle violation.
