RVs parked on public streets are generally limited to 24β72 hours depending on the specific location and enforcement. Phoenix Zoning Ordinance Sec. 702 limits off-street parking in residential districts: no semi-trailers or tractors, no commercial vehicles over 15,000 lbs GVWR, and no more than one commercial vehicle at or under 15,000 lbs.
