Single-family homes typically must provide two covered off-street parking spaces, and STR guests should park on the driveway or in the garage rather than blocking streets. Walnut Creek STR hosts must provide off-street parking consistent with residential parking requirements — typically 2 covered spaces per single-family home — and may not direct guests to use permit-only or time-restricted street parking.
