Door-to-door solicitors in Charlotte must obtain a Peddler/Solicitor Permit from the City Revenue Division and carry identification. Charlotte Code §6-162 sets solicitation hours of 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and prohibits contact with No Soliciting households.
