Cooling noise must meet Table 9.73.050-A, reduced 5 dBA for steady tones. Home mining is ordinary residential use under the same noise limits.
No crypto-specific penalties exist. A commercial mining operation outside an industrial district, or without a required Conditional Use Permit, is a Development Code violation, and excess noise is enforced under Chapter 9.73.
