Carry in vehicles within school zones, court grounds, and licensed alcohol premises remains restricted by state law.
Failure to disclose a concealed firearm to a peace officer is a class B misdemeanor under AS 11.61.220, and unlawful possession in restricted zones may be charged as a misdemeanor or felony.
