The Massachusetts Condominium Act does not contain a dedicated fine schedule or dollar cap. Once charged, unpaid fines can be folded into the § 6 lien and enforced against the unit, reaching the owner's beneficial interest. Non-condo HOAs have no fining statute — their authority and any cap exist only in the declaration and c. 180.
