No outdoor storage of business materials or equipment is permitted. Commercial vehicles associated with the business are subject to parking restrictions. The business must not create noise, odor, vibration, or other nuisance conditions. Manufacturing, auto repair, and other high-impact activities are typically prohibited as home occupations. Cottage food operations (AB 1616/AB 1266) have separate state-level requirements.
