Pickerington Codified Ordinances Part 3 (Traffic Code) and ORC Chapter 4511 govern street parking. Overnight parking between 2 AM and 6 AM is prohibited on public streets unless the vehicle displays a valid overnight permit issued by Pickerington Police. Vehicles cannot remain parked in the same location for more than 48 hours. During declared snow emergencies, all on-street parking is prohibited to allow plowing; vehicles left on snow emergency routes may be towed. Parking is prohibited within 15 feet of fire hydrants, 30 feet of stop signs, and in designated fire lanes. Residential permit parking may apply in certain neighborhoods near Pickerington High School Central.
