All curbside parking must be with the flow of traffic. Fire zones, driveways, and sidewalks must remain clear. ParkHouston manages parking enforcement and meters in designated areas. Residential Parking Permit (RPP) zones exist in some neighborhoods near commercial districts, requiring permits for extended street parking. Metered parking areas have posted time limits and rates.
