Two-hour time limits apply in designated commercial areas (e.g., Columbian Square) between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Parking restriction signs are authorized under §§13-103(b) and 13-104(a). The all-night ban applies to all vehicles on all streets with no resident permit exception for most of the town. Snow emergency rules may impose additional restrictions during winter events.
