Even exempt sheds must comply with Clark County Title 30 zoning setback requirements — typically 5 feet from side and rear property lines in residential zones, though this varies by zoning district. Sheds exceeding 200 square feet require a building permit with plans showing compliance with structural, fire separation, and setback requirements.
